Something easy to slip on with effortless, pretty details…I’m all over it! Can’t forget ruffles and floral print, OH MY! This cold shoulder, halter-neck dress paired well with these peep toe heels for a Sunday brunch with the girls. It was so easy to dress up. I chose a solid, neutral bag and shoe to compliment the blue-greenish color. I wore gold jewelry to match the gold hardware on my purse and shoes.
I paid $20 for these shoes and about $18 for the dress, both from JCPenney. This dress sold out fast. So, here is a similar dress.
